WHOLE30 BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
This Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Dip is hands down my favorite appetizer EVER. In fact, I have several other buffalo chicken recipes on my site – I just cannot get enough! My favorite appetizer ever is buffalo chicken dip. As a New England resident, football watching and football parties are huge here and I love to make buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. It’s creamy, a little spicy, and oh so delicious. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to whip up and comes out so tasty every single time. Make this for your next game day party and everyone will enjoy it!
Ingredients for Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Dip
CHOPPED ONIONS: Finely chopped onions provide a pop of flavor in this popular appetizer.
MINCED GARLIC: Freshly minced garlic adds a great depth of flavor to this dairy free dip.
SHREDDED CHICKEN: Use shredded, cooked chicken for this recipe.
WHOLE30 MAYONNAISE: The mayonnaise in this buffalo chicken dip adds a lot of creaminess.
COCONUT CREAM: In addition to the mayonnaise, the coconut cream (or canned full fat coconut milk), adds all the cream! In addition, this dairy free alternative to heavy cream is great for Whole30. I buy the brand Thai.
HOT SAUCE: Use a sugar free hot sauce to keep this Whole30. The hot sauce provides all the heat!
GROUND MUSTARD: Ground mustard is totally underrated in my opinion. Just a little bit goes a lot way here!
OTHER INGREDIENTS: onion powder, ground pepper, garlic powder, chopped basil

What goes well with Whole30 Buffalo Chicken Dip?
This Whole30 appetizer is great with chopped veggies. Serve alongside some chopped celery, carrots or cucumbers for the perfect Whole30 snack. In addition, this dip is great all on its own. I’ve served it stuffed inside Whole30 sweet potatoes and on top of Whole30 spaghetti squash. My other favorite Whole30 appetizer is Chili Fries!
