Whole30 Garlic Aioli
This Whole30 Garlic Aioli is smooth, creamy, and so flavorful. It’s great paired with anything from Whole30 Onion Rings to Whole30 Burger Bowls. In addition, this garlic aioli is super easy to make! It requires only 5 ingredients, but it’s so tasty! It is versatile and pairs well with so many Whole30 meals. Lastly, it’s a great sauce to meal prep and have on hand!
IS AIOLI JUST GARLIC AND MAYONNAISE?
Aioli is traditionally made with olive oil and garlic. In this version, Whole30 mayonnaise and minced garlic are used.
INGREDIENTS FOR WHOLE30 GARLIC AIOLI:
WHOLE30 MAYONNAISE
Whole30 mayonnaise is the base of this aioli. My favorite brand of compliant mayonnaise is Primal Kitchen Foods.
MINCED GARLIC
A little minced garlic takes this Aioli to the next level! Try making your own Minced Garlic.
SEA SALT & PEPPER
Just a little bit of sea salt and pepper goes a long way here. Feel free to add more or less to suit your taste.
LEMON JUICE
A little bit of lemon juice adds a hint of tangy and sour flavor to this garlic aioli. In addition, the lemon juice adds freshness to this garlic aioli!
HOW TO MAKE WHOLE30 GALRIC AIOLI
Step 1
To make Whole30 Garlic Aioli, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Then, stir to combine.
Step 2
Lastly, store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 days.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GARLIC AIOLI AND AIOLI?
The difference between Garlic Aioli and Aioli is that Garlic Aioli contains garlic. This recipe uses 2 full tablespoons of garlic, giving it a rich depth of flavor.

Wow…this is so good. Not following whole 30, so I just used Hellman’s mayo. Just shy of 2 T fresh minced garlic about a T of freshly ground coarse pepper and subbed lime juice as suggested. Chilled for 2 hours. Made it to serve with oven roasted thinly sliced Japanese sweet potato, but family ended up loving it with the main dish, baked salmon! Definitely a keeper!
