Why Make Burger Bowls?

Burger bowls are far superior than a traditional burger. Here is why:

  • Burger bowls are easier to eat!
  • With everything in one bowl, there’s a little bit of each flavor in every bite.
  • The options for “toppings” are limitless.
  • Burger bowls are significantly healthier than eating a burger on white bread.
  • Just like eating a grilled burger, but in a bowl!

How to Make Whole30 Spicy Mayo

To make Whole30 Spicy Mayo, combine Whole30 mayonnaise and Whole30 buffalo sauce. Alternatively, use hot sauce in place of buffalo sauce. For a more spicy flavor, add more buffalo sauce. For a more mild flavor, use more mayonnaise.

How to Store Leftovers

For leftover burger bowls, store all the toppings separately to prevent sogginess. Store ground beef in an airtight container, store bacon in a separate container, and so on.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Are burgers Whole30?

Burgers themselves are Whole30 approved. The burger bun and most of the traditional sauces are not Whole30 compliant.
