Both regular bacon and turkey bacon work well.
I love using no sugar added bacon. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Applegate make great sugar free bacon.

How to Make
Step 1
First, slice bacon in half.
Step 2
Press sauté on Instant Pot.
Step 3
Place bacon into Instant Pot. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes. Flip every 2 minutes.
Step 4
Cook until bacon has reached desired level of crispiness.
Expert Tips & Tricks
The longer the bacon sautés, the more crispy it will become.
For best results, watch the bacon closely.
Flip every 2 minutes or so.
Do not sauté on high heat. This is too strong for the bacon.
Use the bacon grease as a starter for another recipe in your pot!

I’ve done my bacon using my instant pot air fryer lid and that was great. Not sure if I’d want to do all that work using the sauté mode on the instant pot, frying a whole pound of bacon.
