10 Comments on “Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs”
These look good
I used a Ninja Air Fryer, I did 10 eggs at 250° for 17 minutes. I was going to try microwave but was nervous about exploding comments. All 10 came out perfectly! I did not notice the peeling was any different with the ice bath, but I did that as well. I will try to play with the time and number of eggs as I can fit many more at one time, but wasn’t sure how to adjust the time. Thank you for a new recipe on an old favorite!
You are so welcome, Holly! The time and temperature really should not change much, if at all. Enjoy!
Finally! I tried this several times on my own and never got the time and temp right for hard-boiled eggs how I like them. This recipe cooked them perfectly, thank you!
My middle daughter loves hard boiled eggs. And I often have them in the fridge so she grab one as a snack. But when I don’t she likes to make them herself. She is pretty good in the kitchen but she is also a bit clumsy and a pan of boiling water is so dangerous with her around.
With the air fryer it feels so much safer! And I love that. I love that I can let her develop her independence without giving myself a heart attack worrying about her.
THANK YOU
I used your method today and the result was awesome! No more bad eggs for us. 😀 Thanks for all the tips!
I had no idea this was even possible! It works just as well as on the stove. This will be my go to method from now on for sure!
This is a genius idea and these came out perfect!!!
I have a Ninja Duel AF. Cooking eggs is really tempting me but I am afraid if they explode the element above will be damaged or in the least hard to clean. Could I cover them omehow?
Hmm I do not have that air fryer so I cannot say for certain. I do use a lower temperature so that they will not explode. Hope this helps!
