I’ve always been a huge fan of anything mint chocolate! This smoothie is a great way to satisfy that craving in a healthy way. This smoothie is rich and indulgent and the mini chocolate chips are crave worthy!

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup almond milk
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 tsp dairy free mini chocolate chips
- First, add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Lastly, garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.
- Carefully chop frozen banana before adding to blender.
- Fresh spinach can be used in place of frozen spinach, but smoothie won’t be as thick and creamy. Kale (frozen or fresh) can also be used.
- I use Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips which are dairy free and gluten free. They have a little bit of added sugar.
