Ingredients
1
smoothie
▢
1
frozen banana
▢
1/4
cup
frozen spinach
▢
1
cup
almond milk
▢
3
mint leaves
▢
1
tsp
dairy free mini chocolate chips
Instructions
First, add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Lastly, garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Notes
Carefully chop frozen banana before adding to blender.
Fresh spinach can be used in place of frozen spinach, but smoothie won't be as thick and creamy. Kale (frozen or fresh) can also be used.
I use Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips which are dairy free and gluten free. They have a little bit of added sugar.
Feel free to add more mint leaves if desired. Mint leaves can be replaced by mint extract. Use only a drop of mint extract.
