This s’mores pizza tastes like s’mores on top of a doughy pizza crust! It is rich, sweet, and chocolaty.
The crust is soft and fluffy, the chocolate is smooth, the marshmallows are sticky and gooey, and finally, the graham crackers add a crunchy texture.
How to Make
Step 1
First, make the pizza crust. In the bowl of your stand mixer, add all of the pizza crust ingredients. Beat for 1 minute or until the dough is smooth and sticky.
Step 2
Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes. Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two balls and save one for later use.
Step 5
Place one ball of dough on the piece of parchment paper. Grease your hands and press the dough into a 10 inch circle.
Step 6
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
Step 7
Immediately top with the chocolate chips. Smooth into an even layer of melted chocolate. Then, sprinkle the marshmallows on top.
Step 8
Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows have become toasted. If needed, use a kitchen torch or lighter to further toast the marshmallows.
Step 9
Remove from the oven. Lastly, top with graham cracker crumbles.

- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup gluten free graham cracker crumbles

- The pizza dough slightly grows in size while rising, but it does not double in size.
- Feel free to use milk or semisweet chocolate if needed.
