Ingredients

Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Toppings

Instructions

  • First, make the pizza crust. In the bowl of your stand mixer, add all of the pizza crust ingredients. Beat for 1 minute or until the dough is smooth and sticky.
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for 60 minutes. Then, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Divide the dough into two balls and save one for later use.
  • Place one ball of dough on the piece of parchment paper. Grease your hands and press the dough into a 10 inch circle.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven.
  • Immediately top with the chocolate chips. Smooth into an even layer of melted chocolate. Then, sprinkle the marshmallows on top.
  • Return to the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the marshmallows have become toasted. If needed, use a kitchen torch or lighter to further toast the marshmallows.
  • Remove from the oven. Lastly, top with graham cracker crumbles.

Notes

  • I used the gluten free Neapolitan pizza crust recipe from King Arthur.
  • The dough makes enough for 2 pizza crusts.
  • The gluten free pizza flour contains wheat.  It is gluten free, but it is not wheat free.  Do NOT make this recipe if you are wheat free.
  • The pizza dough slightly grows in size while rising, but it does not double in size.
  • Feel free to use milk or semisweet chocolate if needed.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 48 hours at room temperature.
