In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, eggs and sugar. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Then, add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Fold in the finely chopped apples. The batter will be very thick.
Step 6
Transfer half of the bread batter to the lined pan.

Sprinkle half of the brown sugar cinnamon mixture on top.

Next, repeat these layers.

Bake for 36 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out with only moist crumbs.
