I love having something sweet for breakfast every morning.  Even if there are eggs and bacon involved, I have to have some fruit on the side.  These Whole30 approved bowls are sweet, crunchy and creamy.  They combine a few of my favorite things: apples, coconut, and almond butter.  To add some extra flavor and texture, I added in some chopped dates but these can easily be omitted.  These apple coconut bowls are a quick and easy way to get in a delicious breakfast!

Ingredients:

4 apples, chopped
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup walnuts
2 dates, chopped
Almond butter, to garnish
Cinnamon, optional

Directions:

Chop apples and dates.  Mix with coconut shreds and walnuts.

Top with almond butter and cinnamon if desired.
