(GRAIN FREE, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, PALEO, VEGAN)

One of my favorite combos is granola with almond butter.  The crunchiness of the granola paired with the creaminess of the almond butter makes it a match made in heaven.  Add in some fresh fruit and it’s the perfect breakfast or snack!  In this bowl, I used my favorite homemade paleo gingerbread granola but feel free to use your preferred granola.  You can also sub out the almond butter and the fruit for your favorite toppings.  The best part about this bowl is that it’s totally customizable to suit your tastes!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup granola (here is my favorite)
2 TBL almond butter
1 banana, cut
Handful blueberries

Directions:

Add granola to a bowl.  Top with almond butter and fruit.
