(GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, PALEO)

These chocolate cashew clusters are the most delicious little treat!  They’re chocolaty, crunchy, and the sprinkle of sea salt on top just sends them over the edge.  They are made from 3 ingredients so these come together in minutes.  Even better?  I’m sure you already have the ingredients in your pantry so no need to run to the store!  These clusters are fool-proof; they are impossible to mess up and come out just as delicious every single time.

Ingredients:

45 cashews (I used these)
1 cup dark chocolate chips (I love these)
Sea salt to sprinkle (I used this)

Directions:

Line a small cookie sheet with parchment paper.  Take 3 cashews and place them next to each other; I align mine to make a triangle shape.  Continue making 15 total triangles, about an inch between each cluster.

Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 seconds increments, mixing in between.

Take one spoonful of the melted chocolate and drizzle over the cashews, makings sure the chocolate touches all 3 cashews.

Repeat until all cashews are covered in chocolate.  Sprinkle sea salt on top.

Place in freezer for at least 20 minutes.  Enjoy!
