(WHOLE30, GLUTEN FREE, GRAIN FREE, DAIRY FREE, PALEO)

I’ve never been a huge fan of chili until I made this recipe.  To be honest, I don’t like chunks of tomatoes or any sort of beans.  I decided to make this chili without beans (gasp!) and the result is one of my new favorite dinners.  The best thing about this recipe is that leftovers are even better and they make the best lunch the next day.  My loyalty lies with sweet potatoes but feel free to sub regular white potatoes in this recipe.  In addition, ground turkey or ground chicken would work well in place of the ground turkey.   Totally customizable and absolutely delicious!
