I love anything made in my slow cooker.  The meat is always extra tender, the flavors are bold, and you can truly set it and forget it!  I love coming home to dinner already done.  This Whole30 approved brisket recipe is simple and easy yet hearty and delicious.  Brisket is great on its own, but I also love it mixed in with a savory breakfast hash, alongside scrambled eggs, or even atop a salad.  It’s versatile and the leftovers are even better the next day!  If you’ve been intimidated to make brisket before, follow this simple recipe.  It’s truly fool proof!
