These Whole30 Kielbasa Skewers are bursting with fresh and bold flavors.  I absolutely love grilling anything in the summertime, but I’m able to achieve a similar taste with my indoor grill in the winter.  These skewers have that charred smoky flavor and are a little sweet and a little savory.  I paired the smoked kielbasa with red and green peppers and fresh pineapple.  These are delicious on their own but would pair well over cauliflower rice or with a side salad.  Fire up your grill (or indoor grill) and prepare a meal your whole family will love!

Ingredients:

1 large 14 ounce kielbasa, pre-cooked (I used Pederson’s)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 cup diced pineapple
8 wooden skewers

Directions:

Preheat grill to 400 degrees.  Cut up kielbasa into 1 inch pieces.

Dice peppers into one inch square pieces.

Add pieces of kielbasa, peppers and diced pineapple to skewers.

Grill for 6-7 minutes each side, flipping once.
