The other day I was looking for an afternoon snack to enjoy on the patio.  I wanted something a little sweet, a little savory, and a little salty.  I decided to create this snack board filled with some of my favorite items.  I started with some of my favorite nuts and slowly added some fruit and some meats.  I had so much fun creating this charcuterie board and I know that many more will be in my future.  Grab some of your favorite snack foods, a board, and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:

Cashews
Pepperoni (I used Applegate sugar free)
Blackberries
Almond flour crackers
Proscuitto
Pecans
Dried cranberries
Almonds
Peaches

Directions:

Arrange all ingredients on a board.  Enjoy!
