I am such a fan of all things cookie dough and this freezer fudge is no exception!  This recipe was my first time using tahini in a sweet way and it’s now converted me.  It provides a warm and hearty base flavor to this fudge which I balance out with the sweetness of maple syrup.  I added plenty of chocolate chips (because what’s cookie dough without plenty of chocolate?) and sprinkled some sea salt on top.  I highly recommend freezing this fudge for at least 2 hours before eating and keeping it frozen to store.

Servings: 12 small pieces

3/4 cup tahini
3 TBL maple syrup
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
4 TBL coconut oil

Line a small pan (I used a banana bread pan) with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil.

Combine all ingredients and pour into pan.  Sprinkle with sea salt.

Freeze for at least 2 hours before eating!
