ALMOND JOY BARK
(GLUTEN FREE, GRAIN FREE, PALEO, DAIRY FREE)
Making chocolate bark always reminds me of Christmas but why limit this deliciousness to one season? This bark takes less than 5 minutes to whip up and it tastes so good! One thing I love about chocolate bark is that you can add whatever toppings you want and it comes out a little bit differently each time. You could top yours with any sort of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, more chocolate, caramel, the options are endless.

Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 8-10 pieces
1 cup dark chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet work too; I used these)
¼ cup crushed almonds (I used these)
¼ cup shredded coconut (I used this)
Sea salt (my favorite)
Line small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Spread melted chocolate over the parchment paper. Top with desired toppings.
Freeze or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
