Oat flour is high in fiber, making it healthier than other flours. In addition, it contains more protein and healthy fats than traditional white flour. Use certified gluten free oat flour for gluten free. To make homemade, adds oats to a blender or food processor. Process until powdery.
Pure maple syrup adds the sweetness. Feel free to use honey or date syrup in its place.
