This Whole30 Avocado Egg Salad is such a light and fresh option!  With the eggs already hard boiled, it takes about 5 minutes from start to finish.  The creamy avocado and hard boiled eggs combine for a smooth and flavorful combo.  I added some of my favorite Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe’s for some extra crunch and taste.  This is a quick and easy Whole30 meal that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:

8 hard boiled eggs
2 avocados
1/4 cup onion
1/3 cup Whole30 mayonnaise
1 TBL cilantro (optional)
1 tsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mash to combine.  Serve with fresh cut veggies or chips/crackers if not Whole30.
