FLOURLESS DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES
(GRAIN FREE, GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, PALEO)
These cookies are every chocolate lover’s dream! Filled with plenty of chocolate in each bite, they’re rich and decadent but filled with good for you ingredients. They’re soft and pillowy and best straight from the fridge or freezer. Since they’re made with only 7 ingredients, they’re easy to whip up and even easier to devour! Let’s get to baking!

Ingredients:
1 cup creamy almond butter
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large bowl (or KitchenAid). Gently fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Don’t overbake these!
I store mine in the fridge to keep them firm. They’re also delicious out of the freezer!
