This Whole30 Chicken Salad is light, fresh, and so easy! It is made with only a few ingredients and comes together quickly. This Paleo chicken salad is great for lunch, dinner or healthy meal prep!

Ingredients

cooked and shredded (about 2 to 2.5 cups)

Whole30 mayonnaise

grapes

sliced in half

onion

chopped finely

Instructions
First, add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Stir to combine.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
Use shredded chicken (or finely cubed chicken) for best results.
Toss chicken salad until everything is coated in Whole30 mayonnaise.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
