Vegan Mug Brownie
This Vegan Mug Brownie is incredibly fudge like and rich! This recipe is super easy and takes only minutes to prepare. This mug brownie is made with only a few healthy ingredients. It's my go to quick dessert!

Ingredients

cocoa powder

almond butter

or other nut butter
▢

tbsp
almond flour
▢

tbsp
coconut sugar
▢

tbsp
Vegan milk
▢

tbsp
dark chocolate chips
Instructions
First, spray a small mug or ramekin with coconut oil spray.
Next, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour batter into mug.
Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
Then, microwave for 1 minute.
Carefully remove from microwave (it is HOT!).
Finally, garnish with desired toppings and serve!
Notes
Any drippy nut butter can be used.
Dough will be thick.
Any dairy free milk will work!
Microwave for 1 minute. Brownie might be a little gooey in the middle.
Use an oven mitt to remove from microwave.
