Ingredients
6
servings
▢
2
bananas
,
sliced
▢
⅓
cup
creamy peanut butter
▢
⅓
cup
chocolate chips
▢
1
tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
First, place the sliced bananas in one even layer on a parchment lined pan. Make sure the banana chips are all touching each other.
Then, spread the creamy peanut butter on top. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
Once the peanut butter has mostly hardened, remove the pan from the freezer. Pour the melted chocolate on top.
Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
Finally, break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer.
Notes
Slice the bananas into equally sized chips.
If desired, use creamy almond butter or cashew butter instead.
Use refined coconut oil for a neutral flavor. Unrefined coconut oil has a slight coconut flavor.
Store in the freezer.
