Get the Recipe: Baked Peaches

Tender, juicy baked peaches with a warm, buttery, cinnamon glaze. The sweet, caramelized fruit is a simple and comforting dessert. Enjoy as is or with a dollop of vanilla ice cream for a perfect treat!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • ice cream, optional topping

Instructions 

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches cut-side up in a rimmed baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Then, carefully remove from the oven. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, cinnamon, and coconut sugar. Stir together.
  • Spoon this mixture into the middle of each peach. Bake for an additional 10 to 12 minutes, or until warm and bubbling.
  • Finally, remove from the oven. If desired, top with vanilla ice cream!

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • Use a baking dish with edges. There will be some peach juice in the bottom of the pan.
  • Bake until warm and tender.
  • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
