Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, place the sliced bananas in one even layer on a parchment lined pan. Make sure the banana chips are all touching each other.
  • Then, spread the creamy peanut butter on top. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth and creamy.
  • Once the peanut butter has mostly hardened, remove the pan from the freezer. Pour the melted chocolate on top.
  • Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Finally, break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in the freezer.

Notes

  • Slice the bananas into equally sized chips.
  • If desired, use creamy almond butter or cashew butter instead.
  • Use refined coconut oil for a neutral flavor.  Unrefined coconut oil has a slight coconut flavor.
  • Store in the freezer.
