Ingredients

  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • blue cheese crumbles, to garnish
  • chopped green onions, to garnish

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Add hot sauce, shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 24 to 27 minutes or until top is melted and bubbly.
  • Finally, remove from oven. Garnish with extra hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions. Serve!

Notes

  • If you do not like the texture of cottage cheese, feel free to add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.  Blend until creamy.
  • I recommend using small curd cottage cheese.
  • Feel free to replace cheddar with shredded mozzarella if desired.
  • Bake until the cheese on top has melted.  Dip should be bubbly around the edges.
  • Serve hot!
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
