These Paleo Whole30 Sloppy Joes are all made in one skillet in 30 minutes. Weeknight dinners have never been more delicious or easy! Perfect for any family, any night of the week!

Ingredients

can tomato paste

coconut aminos

paprika

ground pepper

green onions

Instructions
First, in a large skillet, add red pepper, onion and olive oil. Sauté for about 7-8 minutes or until onions become soft.
Next, add in ground beef and cook on medium until brown and crumbly.
Discard excess fat from pan. Then, add in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 15-20 minutes, adding more water if mixture becomes too dry. Lastly, remove from heat.
Finally, garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
Ground beef can be substituted with ground turkey or ground chicken.
Add more water (or broth) to the skillet if needed.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat, either microwave or add to a skillet over low heat. Add broth or water to the skillet if needed.
