Whole30 French Fries (Oven or Air Fryer)
These Whole30 French Fries are so crispy and delicious! They can be made in the oven or air fryer. They are easy, healthy and a great side dish for any meal!

Instructions
Air Fryer Method
First, preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray air fryer pan with nonstick spray.
Slice Russet potatoes into long thin fries, about ¼ inch thickness. Add fries to a large bowl.
Add in olive oil, sea salt and pepper to bowl. Toss to combine.
Arrange fries in one even layer on pan. Do not overlap fries. Work in 2 batches if needed.
Air fry for 18 to 20 minutes.
Finally, remove from air fryer and serve with desired sauces.
Oven Method
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray.
Slice Russet potatoes into long thin fries, about ¼ inch thickness. Add fries to a large bowl.
Add in olive oil, sea salt and pepper to bowl. Toss to combine.
Arrange fries in one even layer on pan. Do not overlap fries.
Cook for 20 minutes. Then flip fries and cook for another 20 minutes.
Finally, remove from oven and serve with desired sauces.
Notes
Slice potatoes into evenly sized fries. This helps with even cooking.
Keep fries approximately
¼ inch thick. If they are thicker, they will need to be cooked longer.
Avocado oil or refined coconut oil can replace olive oil.
Feel free to add a pinch of garlic powder, paprika or onion powder if desired.
Check to make sure fries are fork tender before serving. They will be crispy on the outside but double check they are soft inside.
Store fries in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat, air fry or bake until warm.
