These quick and easy sugar free brownies are the perfect way to satisfy your cravings in a healthy way! They are made with only 4 main ingredients and take just a few minutes to prepare. These no sugar brownies are rich, fudgy, gooey, and decadent!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a standard bread loaf pan or small pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the ripe bananas, eggs, cocoa powder, and baking soda to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour this mixture into the prepared pan. Garnish with chocolate chips if desired.
  • Then, bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with only moist crumbs.
  • Finally, remove from the oven. Allow the sugar free brownies to fully cool before slicing and serving!

Notes

  • Use brown spotted ripe bananas.  Do not use yellow or green bananas.
  • If the mixture isn't blending well, feel free to add in a few drops of almond milk (or milk of choice) to help it blend.
  • Do not bake too long.  These brownies will still look really gooey and fudgy.
  • Allow them to fully cool before slicing.
  • Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.  Beyond that, store in the fridge.
