Cookie Dough Bites
These edible cookie dough bites are creamy, gooey and delicious! They are completely safe to eat and taste like classic cookie dough. This recipe is quick, easy, and so tasty!
First, heat treat the flour. Spread flour onto a parchment lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 to 7 minutes.
In a stand mixer, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar for 2 minutes or until no clumps of butter remain.
Add in heat treated flour, milk, vanilla and sea salt. Stir until combined.
Next, fold in mini chocolate chips.
Roll dough between hands into bite sized balls.
Finally, serve immediately or refrigerate.
Both gluten free 1 to 1 flour and all purpose flour work well.
Heat treat flour to remove any harmful bacteria.
Beat butter and sugars until no clumps of butter remain.
Regular sized chocolate chips work well too.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 7 days.
