4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
These 4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies are soft, chewy, rich, and full of peanut butter flavor. Every bite is sweet, slightly nutty, and packed with melty chocolate chips. They are simple to make, naturally flourless, and perfect for a quick homemade dessert.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add the peanut butter, eggs, and coconut sugar. Mix together.
Fold in the chocolate chips. The dough may be sticky.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto the lined pan. Space at least 3 inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middles still look gooey.
Finally, remove from the oven. Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Use all natural creamy peanut butter made from only peanuts and salt.
If needed, replace the coconut sugar with brown sugar.
The dough may be slightly sticky. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough.
If your dough is too moist, refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes before baking.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature.
