These chocolate baked oats taste like a mini chocolate cake! This quick and easy recipe is healthy enough for breakfast but sweet enough for dessert. The texture is soft, fluffy, and moist!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray an oven-safe bowl or large ramekin with nonstick spray.
  • Add all of the ingredients except for the banana slices and chocolate chips to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour this mixture into the greased dish. Garnish with sliced bananas and chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Finally, remove from the oven. Serve!

Notes

  • Use old fashioned rolled oats.  If needed, use gluten free certified oats.
  • Be sure to use an oven-safe dish.
  • If you are not dairy free, feel free to use regular milk.
  • Bake until the top is set.
  • This is best eaten warm from the oven.  I do not suggest making this more than a few hours in advance.
