Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour, oat flour, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms. If needed, use your hands to fully incorporate all of the ingredients.
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out to ⅛ inch thickness. Use a cookie cutter or pizza slicer to cut the dough into desired shapes.
  • Carefully transfer the cut-out crackers onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Leave a little space between each cracker. If desired, use a fork to lightly pierce the crackers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the graham crackers are golden brown along the edges.
  • Remove the baking pan from the oven. Allow the crackers to completely cool on a wire rack. They will firm up as they cool down.
  • Once cool, serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe uses a specific flour blend.  Use the correct amount of gluten free flour, oat flour, and almond flour.
  • The cookie dough will be pretty thick.  It is somewhat similar to cut-out sugar cookie dough.
  • Roll the dough out to ⅛ inch thickness.  Anything thicker will taste like cookies instead of graham crackers.
  • This recipe can be made entirely vegan.  Use vegan butter sticks and dairy free milk.
  • These graham crackers will become crunchy as they cool down.  Allow them to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
