  • 25 garlic cloves

  • Peel skin away from garlic bulb. Separate the garlic cloves.
  • Add peeled garlic cloves to a blender or food processor. Blend until garlic is minced.
  • Remove from blender. Store in a jar with lid in the fridge or use immediately. If storing, top off with a little olive oil to keep it moist and flavorful.

Knife Instructions

  • Peel skin away from garlic bulb. Separate the garlic cloves.
  • Place garlic clove on its side on a cutting board. Use knife to press down firmly on the clove. Smash the clove, breaking open the garlic skin.
  • Use knife to finely dice garlic cloves.
  • Store in a jar with lid in the fridge or use immediately. If storing, top off with a little olive oil to keep it moist and flavorful.

Notes

  • Be sure to use a large, sharp knife.
  • Handle knife carefully.
  • If garlic contains any green sprouts, remove them.
  • Store minced garlic in a jar with a lid.  Top off with a little olive oil to keep it moist.
  • Freeze garlic in a freezer safe bag or freezer safe jar.
