Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Prepare the beef back ribs by removing any excess fat and membrane from the bone side. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and all seasonings to create a flavorful rub.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the beef back ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan, bone-side down.
  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil, sealing it tightly. This will help keep the ribs moist during the cooking process.
  • Bake the ribs for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  • Then, remove the foil and check the ribs. They should be very tender and pull away from the bone easily.
  • If you prefer a charred exterior, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil for 3 to 5 minutes. This step is optional.
  • Lastly, allow the beef back ribs to rest for a few minutes before serving.
