In reply to Laura. Hi Laura! Almond flour and coconut flour are very different from all purpose flour. I'd start with 1 cup all purpose flour and then see how the dough looks. You want the texture to be very similar to sugar cookie dough. Then, add more flour if needed. Hope this helps!
