First, pat chicken dry on both sides with paper towels. Season with pepper and sea salt.
Then, grill chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Chicken is done when its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Meanwhile, in a large salad bowl, add mixed greens, strawberries, red onion and pecans.
Once chicken is done, slice into strips. Add chicken to the salad bowl.
Finally, toss salad with balsamic vinaigrette and serve!
