Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Mix to combine.
  • Add spice mix to a sealable jar or bowl. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Notes

  • Use less cayenne pepper for a slightly less spicy mix.
  • These measurements can be slightly tweaked to your preference.
  • I prefer sea salt, but regular salt works well too.
  • Store Cajun seasoning at room temperature in an airtight container.
  • Mix is best used within 6 months.
