This Gluten Free Edible Cookie Dough is smooth, creamy, and dotted with dark chocolate chips. It's the perfect little snack or dessert. It's incredibly easy and SO delicious!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, place baking flour in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute to kill off bacteria.
  • Once flour has reached 160 degrees Fahrenheit, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Heating the flour kills all bacteria.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • I have not tried this recipe with only almond flour, only coconut flour or another flour.
  • In addition to being gluten free, this recipe is also Paleo and Vegan.
