These overnight oats with protein powder are so thick, creamy and filling! They are quick and easy to prepare. This recipe is great for breakfast or a filling snack!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Divide mixture into 3 jars with lids.
  • Secure the lids on top. Place in fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours, up to 5 days.
  • Finally, remove from fridge. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use old fashioned rolled oats, not instant oats.  I used gluten free.
  • Use dairy free milk for dairy free and Vegan diets.
  • Any type of protein powder can be used.
  • Omit maple syrup for a sugar free version.
  • For extra creamy overnight oats, feel free to add in some yogurt.
  • Refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
