Ingredients

Instructions

  • First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Use hands to fully incorporate mixture.
  • Form in 10 equal sized meatballs. Place on pan.
  • Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Finally, remove pan from oven. Discard any grease. Top with your favorite sauce!

Notes

  • A lower fat content in the ground turkey will yield more dry meatballs.  So, 85% lean, 15% fat will be more juicy than a 99% lean, 1% fat turkey.
  • Fully mix ingredients together.
  • Try to form equal sized, round meatballs.
  • Ground turkey is considered done cooking when it has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.  Use a meat thermometer for accurate reading.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze for up to 1 month.
