Pizza Bowls
These crustless pizza bowls are easy, quick and so fun! They are a great dinner for the whole family. Add in your favorite toppings for a completely customizable pizza bowl. They are low carb and gluten free!
First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 4 ramekins on a baking pan.
Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain off grease.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce into the bottom of each ramekin.
Then, top with a spoonful of ground beef and bacon bits.
Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese.
Then, repeat these layers.
Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic power and fresh parsley on top.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Finally, remove from oven. Serve!
I love Australian grass fed ground beef, but regular ground beef, Italian sausage, ground pork, ground chicken and ground turkey can be used.
These bowls are totally customizable. Feel free to add in pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms and more.
To make dairy free, use dairy free cheese.
For Keto, use sugar free pizza sauce and sugar free bacon.
Bake until cheese has melted.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
