Ingredients

  • 1 pound Australian grass fed ground beef
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  • First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 4 ramekins on a baking pan.
  • Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly. Drain off grease.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce into the bottom of each ramekin.
  • Then, top with a spoonful of ground beef and bacon bits.
  • Top with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese.
  • Then, repeat these layers.
  • Sprinkle some onion powder, garlic power and fresh parsley on top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Finally, remove from oven. Serve!

Notes

  • I love Australian grass fed ground beef, but regular ground beef, Italian sausage, ground pork, ground chicken and ground turkey can be used.
  • These bowls are totally customizable.  Feel free to add in pepperoni, onions, peppers, mushrooms and more.
  • To make dairy free, use dairy free cheese.
  • For Keto, use sugar free pizza sauce and sugar free bacon.
  • Bake until cheese has melted.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
