Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • First, line a pan with parchment paper.
  • Spread yogurt in an even layer on parchment paper. For a sweeter option, drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
  • Top with sliced berries and chocolate chips.
  • Then, place pan in freezer for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
  • Finally, remove from freezer. Use hands to carefully break into pieces of bark.

Notes

  • Any type of Greek yogurt works.  For this recipe, I used dairy free yogurt.
  • For a sweeter option, drizzle honey or maple syrup on top of yogurt before adding toppings.
  • Feel free to use any type of fruit!  Sliced bananas, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and grapes would all work well.
  • Any type of chocolate chips can be used.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until yogurt is completely frozen.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer.
