Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, chop head of cauliflower into florets.
  • Then, add florets to a food processor. Process until cauliflower resembles cauliflower rice.
  • Add riced cauliflower, ghee, and coconut cream to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until coconut cream has been absorbed.
  • Carefully pour back into the food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Then, serve. Garnish with chopped basil and additional ghee or butter if desired.

Notes

  • Grass fed butter can replace ghee.
  • Fully blend mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
