Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Instructions 

  • First, in a large skillet cook bacon until crispy.  Cut bacon into small pieces.
  • Next, wash and dry Brussles spouts. Then, remove stems and chop Brussels sprouts until finely chopped.
  • Slice apple into pieces.
  • To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.
  • Arrange salad: add Brussels, apple, bacon, pecans, almonds and dried cranberries in a large bowl.  Toss salad with dressing.

Notes

  • Serve fresh for best results.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
