Whole30 Brussels Sprouts Salad
This Whole30 Brussels Sprouts Salad is easy, light and fresh. It's easy to make and perfect for a quick and easy meal. Top with protein for a hearty lunch or dinner!
First, in a large skillet cook bacon until crispy. Cut bacon into small pieces.
Next, wash and dry Brussles spouts. Then, remove stems and chop Brussels sprouts until finely chopped.
Slice apple into pieces.
To make the dressing, add all ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine.
Arrange salad: add Brussels, apple, bacon, pecans, almonds and dried cranberries in a large bowl. Toss salad with dressing.
Serve fresh for best results.
