These baked chicken thighs are so tender, juicy and flavorful! The chicken is melt in your mouth tender while the skin is crispy. This quick and easy recipe is great for family dinners, holidays, meal prep and leftovers!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine all spices. Rub spices on both sides of chicken thighs.
  • Place chicken thighs in greased baking pan. Drizzle olive oil on top of chicken.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
  • Finally, remove from oven. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • If using boneless, skinless thighs, bake for only 25 to 30 minutes.
  • For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for 1 to 3 minutes at the end.
  • Feel free to adjust amounts of seasonings.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
