These keto waffles are golden crispy on the outside. They have a warm fluffy inside. These waffles come together quickly and easily. Great for a weekday breakfast, weekend brunch or dessert!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, preheat waffle maker.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk and eggs. Whisk to combine.
  • Then, add in all remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.
  • Generously spray waffle maker with nonstick spray. Pour about ½ cup of waffle batter into the waffle maker. Cook according to waffle maker instructions, or about 5 minutes.
  • Finally, remove from waffle maker. Spray with nonstick spray and continue this process for all batter.
  • Finally, serve with butter and sugar free maple syrup!

Notes

  • Any type of milk works.
  • Do not substitute for the almond flour.
  • Feel free to replace monk fruit sweetener with granulated Swerve.
  • Spray waffle maker generously with nonstick spray.
  • Continue cooking in waffle maker until crispy.
  • For extra crispy waffles, feel free to place waffles in a toaster oven.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Reheat in toaster oven.
  • Freeze for 1 month.
  • Each waffle contains 4 net carbs (9 grams carbs - 5 grams fiber).
