This avocado chocolate pudding is silky smooth, creamy and delicious! It is naturally sweetened and so chocolaty. This quick and easy recipe is made entire in a blender or food processor. All the flavor of a classic chocolate pudding without the sugar!

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • First, add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend on high until creamy. Scrape down sides of blender with spatula if needed.
  • Taste to see if pudding needs more maple syrup.
  • Finally, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use ripe avocados for best results.  Unripe or too ripe avocados will yield a different texture.
  • Both cocoa powder and cacao powder work well.  Feel free to use dark cocoa powder like I did.
  • Pure maple syrup adds the sweetness.  Do not omit.  If desired, use sugar free syrup, honey or agave.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Freeze for 1 month if needed.
